O’Meara Public Affairs currently partners with Downs Government Affairs, led by Tom Downs, a long-time Washington, D.C. lobbyist and attorney; Bentoff Communications, headed by Jeff Bentoff, a Milwaukee-based communications consultant who is a former reporter and is very well-connected with the state’s media; and Kilgore/Swandby Associates, with Kathi Kilgore, who has worked with Jack for many years at the state level and brings additional relationships and connections to assist clients.
