OPA produces results in state budget, advocates to congressional delegation, discusses lawsuits

During the debate over the 2025-27 Wisconsin state budget, OPA’s advocacy helped produce a major new, well-funded state program for a client. OPA also helped pass a budget provision clarifying language in a way that will provide significant financial benefit for another client. OPA has remained in contact with Wisconsin’s congressional delegation to make sure members and key staff are aware of client needs. And it has been working with attorneys regarding lawsuits and possible lawsuits that affect client priorities.
